I.Structural Features

Conductor: Copper core (typically annealed bare copper or tinned copper).

 

Insulation: Polyethylene (PE) insulation provides excellent transmission performance.

 

Twisted Pairs: Multiple pairs of wires are typically twisted together in pairs (DJ) to suppress crosstalk between pairs.

 

Shield (P): An overall shield (such as copper tape or aluminum-plastic composite tape) is added after all pairs are assembled to provide additional protection against external electromagnetic interference.

 

Jacket (V): Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) flame-retardant jacket provides mechanical protection and flame retardancy.

 

Rated Voltage: Common rated voltages are 300/500V or 450/750V
