BBTRZ (RTXMY/TBTRZ)

BBTRZ (RTXMY/TBTRZ)

BBTRZ is commonly known as fire-resistant cables, and they can withstand a 1kv voltage at a flame temperature of 950 ℃ for 3 hours without being penetrated. They're not prone to absorb moisture, with more stable insulation performance, and they are suitable for various laying methods.

Consisting of stranded copper conductor,

inorganic mineral mica tape insulation,

mineral clay fire-resistant isolation layer,

 halogen-free low-smoke flame-retardant material outer sheath

The cables can be manufactured in fixed lengths

according to the user's requirements,

eliminating the need for intermediate connectors

and terminals, reducing the cost of connectors and improving

the stability of the cables.

The use of medium to highly compacted

insulation and the absence of intermediate joints

in the cable insulation prevents vapors, gases and

flames from entering the electrical equipment to

which the cables are connected, and is therefore

suitable for explosion-proof equipment and equipment connections.

The working temperature of the core is lower than other types of cables, so the line loss in the work is low, reducing the waste of energy.

It inherits the extreme fire resistance of mineral insulated cables and solves the problem of difficult installation of traditional rigid mineral cables through flexible design, while adapting to complex environments such as humidity and corrosion, thus becoming a highly reliable choice in high-risk scenarios such as mining, firefighting, and industry.
